Job summary

Pomeroy Living is seeking a full-time Assistant Activity Director to join our activities team in Michigan. You will assist in planning, implementing and leading engaging activities for residents, tailored to their needs and abilities.

You will help residents participate in activities and outings, and maintain attendance records. The ideal candidate holds CTRS or ADC certification, has at least two years of relevant experience, and demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills to

• Two years experience in a social or recreation program within the last five years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
