Job summary

Level Group LTD in Nashville, TN seeks an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager and client service team by handling financial, administrative, and business management duties with discretion.

You will assist with day-to-day client communications, cash flow tracking, and record-keeping while contributing to process improvements and cross-department coordination. Hybrid work is available after an initial period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in music business, business administration, management, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client communications and scheduling; track client requests and follow through.
• Maintain organized records, contracts, insurance, compliance documents, and renewals.
• Support healthcare enrollment and business filings; gather data for reports and updates.
• Handle banking tasks: payments, invoices, reconciliations, and documentation for approvals.
• Collaborate with departments to align client priorities and deliverables; support payroll and tax coordination.
