Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support service delivery and enhancements for a portfolio of premier commercial properties. This role combines field work, client-facing duties and administrative tasks to ensure exceptional landscape care.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of landscape management experience, an Associate's Degree in Horticulture or Turfgrass, strong communication skills, and a passion for client service. Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; client service oriented.
• Spanish language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field operations to exceed client expectations.
• Drive enhancement sales on existing properties.
• Proactively communicate with clients.
• Perform field work to maintain properties and deliver excellent service.
• Manage a commercial property portfolio, including field work, client interactions and admin tasks.
• Foster a safety-first work environment and mentor staff.
