Job summary

University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB seeks a Temporary, Staff position working full-time on campus. The role involves developing ABA-based programs for clients and families, tracking progress, and coordinating staff training. You will report to the Director/Project Coordinator and may work some evenings or weekends.

The position runs through 6/30/2027 and may be renewed based on funds and performance. Salary ranges from $4,200 to $4,800 per month.

Qualifications

• AA degree in psychology or closely related fields.
• Candidate may have 8 years' Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) experience in lieu of the preceding.
• Three (3) years of experience in ABA therapy working with children who have autism and/or a developmental disability.
• Maintain training records and files according to HIPPA regulations.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to multi-task under minimal supervision, and make critical decisions daily.
• Interpret and apply policies with minimal supervision; troubleshoot office administration problems.
• Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Intervention Programs for clients and parents.
• Submit periodic progress reports to funding agencies and parents.
• Conduct parent interviews, assess clients, and prepare progress reports.
• Plan and deliver staff and parent training.
• Assist with schedule management for counselors and staff.
• Mentor staff and assist with performance evaluations.
• Coordinate assessments for programming and reporting.
• Monitor staff adherence to program principles and procedures.
• Guide staff to ensure quality services and data entry in the practice system.
• Design/update documentation and forms for training, assessment and reporting.
• Conduct staff employment interviews and assist in hiring decisions.
• Organize projects and events under supervision.
• Occasionally attend in-state conferences/meetings.
