Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a reliable Catering Assistant to support corporate catering events and pop-ups in office locations and corporate campuses in the Dallas area. You will help deliver a fun and professional baked-potato catering experience for clients and staff.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, is punctual, able to travel to local event locations, and comfortable standing for extended periods while assisting with setup, service, and cleanup. Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport prepared food, supplies, and catering materials to event locations.
• Set up and organize the food serving station before service begins.
• Assist with serving baked potatoes, toppings, and other menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary serving area throughout the event.
• Replenish food and supplies as needed during service.
• Break down the serving station and clean the area after each event.
• Follow proper food-handling and sanitation practices.
• Work independently when needed and represent the company professionally at client locations.
