Target is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader in Texas to lead a team of hourly associates, uphold safety standards, and protect guests and merchandise. You will translate policies into daily actions and coordinate with store leadership.

You should bring prior retail or loss prevention experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training will prepare you to respond to emergencies and deter theft.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
