Job summary

Target is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader in Texas to supervise security programs, protect guests and assets, and lead a team of hourly associates. You will implement loss-prevention strategies, respond to incidents, and ensure safety and guest experience standards are met.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead a security culture and crisis response.
Experience implementing protection workloads to align with business goals.
Ability to respond to external and internal theft incidents and prevent future loss.

Responsibilities

Deliver guest experience commitments while maintaining safety and operations.
Train and develop hourly team members; manage staffing and performance.
Investigate incidents, deter theft, and enforce Target policies.
Collaborate with store leaders to implement merchandise protection strategies.
Lead safety culture and coordinate with store leadership on emergencies and audits.
