Target is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader in Merritt Island, FL to lead a security-minded team and ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience on the floor.

You will drive daily protection initiatives, supervise hourly staff, and coordinate with store leadership to prevent loss while maintaining excellent service. The role requires strong communication, decision-making, and adaptability.
