Job summary

Target in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader to oversee security operations, crisis response, and team development at the store level. You will lead a team of AP associates, coordinate with store leadership, and implement loss-prevention strategies to protect assets and guests.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage investigations and safety procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead security culture and crisis response.
• Assign AP workload priorities to support business goals.
• Respond to theft incidents and prevent future loss.
