Job summary

Target is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader in Saint John, IN to lead a security-focused team, manage incidents, and implement protection plans. You will train staff, coordinate with store leadership, and respond to theft and safety events to protect guests and assets.

The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma, retail or loss prevention experience preferred, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of assets protection team members, ensuring training and accountability.
• Respond to security incidents and support crisis response.
• Develop security plans and educate store leadership on protection priorities.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to align with patrol and security needs.
• Investigate internal and external theft and support apprehensions per policy.
• Collaborate with store leaders and law enforcement as needed.
