Job summary

PwC is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager in the United States to guide clients through complex tax regulations, validate compliance, analyze financial data, and optimize tax positions. You will lead teams, manage projects, and deliver strategic tax planning while fostering a culture of integrity and innovation.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to coach others, and experience in tax compliance and planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 4 years of experience.
CPA, Bar or other credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

Leading tax compliance workstreams and managing client expectations effectively.
Guiding teams in the preparation and filing of tax returns to meet regulatory requirements.
Utilizing analytical thinking to review and analyze financial data for tax compliance.
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize clients' tax positions while minimizing risks.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to provide strategic tax planning advice.
Overseeing the drafting and submission of regulatory tax documents.
Promoting the use of innovative digital tools and practices in tax compliance processes.
Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for tax savings.
Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Validating adherence to professional and technical standards in all tax-related activities.
