The Asset and Wealth Management Division (AWM) team is seeking a Vice President to join the Data Management & Controls Operations organization, providing dedicated support for the high-growth investing business within AWM. This role involves collaboration with Global Investing, Strategists, Engineering, Controllers, Legal, Risk, Credit, Tax, Compliance, and other operational groups to facilitate a multi-asset, dynamic, and bespoke business.

• Support data entry, cleansing, checking, and standardization for investment data across platforms.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and breaks.
• Implement daily monitoring and governance models to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze root causes of data issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Synthesize data into reports and visualizations, and establish data lineage.
• Collaborate on designing and improving data infrastructure.
• Establish controls, reporting, and escalation protocols.
• Decompose complex transactions and propose operational solutions.
• Ensure all transaction closure steps are completed properly.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive priorities.
• Oversee a team responsible for data governance and quality across Asset Management Private.
• Champion data governance and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Data Management & Controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and control skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate complex issues effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with the ability to manage priorities.
• Experience in operations role and working under pressure.
