Goldman Sachs is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Public Legal Associate/Analyst to support the AWM Public teams, funds, and transactions. The role involves collaborating with attorneys and handling legal entity creation, maintenance, and governance tasks.

You will handle inquiries, assist with AML/KYC requests, and ensure regulatory compliance across a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with prior paralegal exposure seen as a plus.

• Handle all aspects of legal entity creation, maintenance and dissolution including drafting and reviewing formation documents and resolutions.
• Field internal and external inquiries regarding AWM Public fund information.
• Assist with anti-money laundering/KYC requests.
• Respond to regulatory-related requests and review documents for regulatory compliance.
• Execute governance-related tasks and other duties as needed.
