Goldman Sachs in the United States is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Division Public Legal Associate/Analyst to support funds, transactions and governance for AWM Public.

You will work directly with attorneys, handling entity formation, regulatory inquiries, AML/KYC processes and governance-related tasks within a fast-paced environment.

• All aspects of legal entity creation, maintenance and dissolution including drafting/reviewing formation/governing documents and resolutions.
• Fielding internal and external inquiries regarding AWM Public fund information.
• Assisting with anti-money laundering/KYC requests
• Responding to regulatory-related requests and reviewing documents for regulatory compliance
• Performing various other governance related tasks, as needed

The Asset & Wealth Management Division (AWM) Public Legal Associate/Analyst position presents an opportunity for talented and motivated candidates with an interest in private equity, hedge funds, investment management, finance and law. The role involves working directly with the attorneys in AWM Public Legal supporting the AWM Public businesses, funds and transactions.
