Goldman Sachs is seeking an attorney with asset management experience to support the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) legal team, focusing on distribution and marketing of registered funds, separately managed accounts, and model portfolios.

You will also assist in negotiating investment management agreements with large institutional clients and help identify legal and reputational risks, coordinating with external counsel and contributing to global regulatory strategy initiatives.

Competenze

• 4 years related legal experience in a well-regarded law firm or an in-house role.
• Working knowledge of Investment Advisers Act.
• Outstanding law firm and law school credentials.
• Thought leader; strong analytical skills; sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Motivation to expand skill set and excel in a challenging business environment.
• Team player; adept at developing interpersonal relationships.
