SRI Conference is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Division Public Legal Associate/Analyst to support the AWM Public businesses, funds and transactions. The role emphasizes legal entity formation, governance and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, adaptability, and a keen interest in legal frameworks; paralegal experience and knowledge of entity structures are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of legal entity creation, maintenance and dissolution, including drafting/reviewing formation and governing documents and resolutions.
• Field internal and external inquiries regarding AWM Public fund information.
• Assist with anti-money laundering/KYC requests.
• Respond to regulatory-related requests and review documents for regulatory compliance.
• Perform governance-related tasks as needed.
