YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a portfolio manager to join the Strategic and Quantitative Asset Allocation (SQAA) team within the Investment Strategy Group (ISG). The ideal candidate will provide support in managing multiple asset class discretionary mandates.

Investment Strategy Group (ISG)

The Investment Strategy Group works with advisors and clients to help create an exceptional overall investment experience by ensuring that every client receives world-class investment advice that can help generate superior and consistent returns.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

1. Support new business solicitations and the management of on-going client needs
2. Assist in managing portfolio implementations, on-boarding discussions, changes to investment management agreements
3. Collaborate on projects related to new business development and strategic team planning
4. Serve as key liaison to other areas supporting the SQAA business including legal, compliance, and technology
5. Manage generation and presentation of client reports including quarterly reviews, performance attribution, and other ad hoc requests
6. Execute, process and reconcile trading and other investment related transactions
7. Analyze and reconcile team's business
8. Lead or participate in efforts to improve efficiencies

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (U.S. or equivalent)
2. Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of financial markets
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
4. Strong interpersonal/leadership skills and a passion to engage with clients
5. Must be comfortable presenting to audiences of varying sizes and sophistication
6. Detail orientation, patience, and demonstrated ability to multi-task under pressure
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks concurrently, and think clearly under pressure
8. Organizational skills

11. Proficiency in Windows Technology (Outlook, Word, Excel)
12. At least three years of related investment experience
13. SIE, Series 7 and 63 required (must be obtained within three months of employment)
14. Might require additional qualification (FINRA Series 9 and 10)

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
