Job summary

Metra seeks an Asset Systems Analyst to support PTC and enterprise asset management systems, including IBM Maximo and ServiceMax. You will liaise between IT and end-users, develop and test system solutions, and help rollout new modules while ensuring audit-ready documentation.

The role requires collaboration with EAM users, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical data for decision makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Asset Management, Computer Science, or STEM.
• Three years of experience with EAM systems, preferably IBM Maximo or ServiceMax.
• Knowledge of asset management processes and information systems.
• Experience with business analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with end-user groups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned system; assist in standardizing processes and operations.
• Roll out new software modules, features, fixes, and upgrades with EAM users.
• Develop, test, and evaluate system solutions; run queries and generate reports.
• Create training materials and deliver user training; update business process guides.
• Coordinate EAM implementations and document functional designs for audit purposes.
