Job summary

Hood Plywood in Beaumont, MS is seeking an Asset Reliability Maintenance Planner to drive a reliability-focused maintenance program. You will plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance, perform RCA, and support continuous improvement to reduce downtime.

The role requires an associate degree and hands-on CMMS experience, with strong planning and cross-functional communication across Maintenance, Production, and Engineering. Some weekends/extended schedules may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience with CMMS to plan and track activities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement RCA to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Perform criticality analysis to prioritize maintenance.
• Implement and manage PdM technologies to identify degradation early.
• Collaborate with engineering/procurement for upgrades.
• Improve PM schedules and maintenance planning efficiency.
• Track KPIs like OEE, MTBF, and downtime.
• Foster a data-driven reliability culture.
• Maintain CMMS for Work Orders, PMs, and parts.
• Plan and organize mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
• Schedule manpower and resources for maintenance.
• Kitting parts/tools for work orders and PMs.
• Maintain and update PM procedures and SOPs.
