Job summary

Hood Industries in Beaumont, Mississippi seeks an Asset Reliability Maintenance Planner to drive a proactive, reliability‑focused maintenance program through planning, preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

You will implement RCA, conduct equipment criticality analysis, deploy PdM technologies, collaborate with engineering and procurement, and drive KPI tracking (OEE, MTBF, downtime) while keeping the CMMS Guardian Web accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including planning and scheduling.
• Experience with reliability-focused maintenance practices (preventive and predictive).
• CMMS experience to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Perform criticality analysis to prioritize maintenance efforts based on production impact and safety.
• Implement and manage Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies to detect degradation early.
