Job summary

Water Lilies Food, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Planner in the New York area to plan and coordinate PM, predictive, and corrective maintenance. You will manage CMMS records, inventory for maintenance, and collaborate with maintenance, purchasing, and operations teams to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of industrial maintenance planning experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or maintenance planning.
• Experience using CMMS systems (Fiix, Maximo, SAP PM, eMaint) is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or food processing environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and coordinate PM activities based on production priorities.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules to optimize labor.
• Prioritize work orders by criticality, safety, and resources.
• Coordinate with production and supervisors to ensure equipment availability.
• Prepare maintenance work packages with procedures, labor, parts, and safety.
