Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 3+ years in manufacturing with reliability, maintenance, or process improvement.
- Proficiency in reliability tools and methodologies (FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull, SPC).
- Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Strong CMMS/EAM understanding and application in maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes.
- Optimize preventative maintenance plans and schedules.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for asset reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment specs.
- Track and report reliability metrics and KPIs.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Conduct reliability assessments and risk analyses for critical assets.
