Asset Recovery Technician (Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm)

Join RK Logistics Group as an Asset Recovery Technician specializing in the inspection, repair, and reassembly of industrial casters and cart assemblies used in Semiconductor Fab Equipment installations. This role involves performing quality inspections, minor repairs, and re-assembly, requiring high attention to detail to ensure quality and precision.

Responsibilities include:
  • Evaluating the condition of used equipment returned from customer Fabs and restoring it to acceptable standards for reuse.
  • Following Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and training videos.
  • Reading drawings, specifications, and gauge measurements.
  • Safely lifting and moving large, heavy items.
  • Working safely around warehouse environments with equipment like ladders, hoists, and forklifts, and using power tools for disassembly and reassembly.
  • Processing transactions in SAP for inventory management.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 2 years of technician experience, preferably in a mechanical or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, torque wrenches, and light power tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude to assess and repair minor to moderate damages.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Forklift certification or operating skills (in-house certification required).
  • Experience with SAP inventory transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety protocols in warehouse environments.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
