Resolvion, a leading collateral recovery management company, is seeking a detail-focused professional in Charlotte, NC. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, perform case updates, and use internet and database tools to locate collateral and uncover hidden assets.

You’ll investigate asset location and condition, manage fees, negotiate with recovery agents, verify customer information, and assign agents to keep operations efficient. Hybrid schedule – Charlotte office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in collections or investigations preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Perform case updates to ensure information is current and accurate.
• Use internet and database search tools to locate collateral and uncover hidden assets.
• Conduct investigative research to determine asset location, status, and condition.
• Manage and authorize pre-approved fees such as flatbed, dollies, and self-help.
• Negotiate fees with recovery agents to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Verify customer information, including contact details and case history.
• Confirm collateral location and condition prior to dispatch or recovery actions.
• Assign and reassign agents within a queue to maintain efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a natural problem-solver who doesn’t give up when a case gets complicated. You pay attention to details, move with urgency, and take pride in figuring things out. You may come from collections, research, investigations, or just have an instinct for finding what others overlook.

Specifically, you’ll stand out if you:

• Are comfortable making outbound calls and navigating conversations with consumers
• Have experience with internet-based research or investigative database tools
• Think analytically and enjoy piecing together information from multiple sources
• Are highly organized and take accuracy seriously
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with composure

Minimum requirement: High school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of collections experience is preferred, but not a dealbreaker for the right candidate.
