Job summary

Greenawalt Hospitality seeks an Operations & Asset Readiness Manager to own the readiness of facilities, equipment, and assets across venues. You will oversee maintenance, coordinate repairs, manage inventories, and work with vendors to ensure resources are deployment-ready for national events.

The role combines facilities operations, preventive maintenance, asset management, and project coordination, with travel between properties and venues across the country.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, asset operations, fleet management, logistics, or a comparable operational role.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day condition and readiness of offices, warehouses, storage areas, yards, and other properties.
• Schedule and coordinate repairs, routine maintenance, and facility improvements.
• Maintain clean, safe, functional, and well-organized spaces.
• Identify facility issues and coordinate service providers to resolve them.
• Oversee condition and availability of vehicles, trailers, event equipment, and other resources.
• Establish and maintain inspection and preventive maintenance routines.
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, preparation and turnaround of equipment.
• Support movement and deployment of equipment for events nationwide.
• Monitor vendor work to ensure quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
