Responsibilities

• Own Loss Prevention programs related to alarm systems, CCTV, EAS and merchandise protection.
• Partner with vendors and field teams to resolve issues and ensure legal compliance.
• Manage CCTV, EAS, and alarm installation projects with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze shrink trends and provide actionable insights and KPIs.
