Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships between Asset Protection, Store Leadership, Store Associates, Central AP, and peer AP teams.
• Communicate safety and shortage action plans in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Hire, train, develop and coach AP colleagues.
• Supervise Internal Investigations and external Protection Program per policies.
• Lead by example; provide regular feedback and use performance tools.
• Train and enforce AP policies, procedures, equipment usage and safety criteria.
• Maintain building security and manage day-to-day AP duties.
• Schedule staff within budget; respond to detentions and report to leadership.
• Educate staff on asset protection and safety to build awareness.
