Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking an Hourly Manager, Asset Protection (HMAP) to lead AP initiatives, manage investigations, and uphold safety standards in a high-volume store environment. You will coach AP associates, partner with store leadership, and ensure compliance with all security policies while driving a culture of customer-first service.

You will hire, train, and develop the AP team, schedule staff to meet store needs, and communicate effective action plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years direct experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach AP associates.
• Strong communication and collaboration with store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Asset Protection (AP) team to execute protection programs.
• Oversee internal investigations and external protection activities.
• Maintain building security and safety programs; ensure policy adherence.
• Schedule staff within budgeted hours and train new hires.
• Educate staff on safety and asset protection practices to build awareness.
