Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in retail or store operations is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities with a focus on accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manages Asset Protection leadership, hiring, performance reviews, and scheduling within budget.
• Leads investigations of losses and criminal acts and ensures store-wide deterrence.
• Performs safety audits and maintains security systems and staff training.
• Reviews financial reports and partners with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Participates in safety committees and communicates policy across teams.
