• Ability to supervise and educate staff and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Asset Protection department to align with company values.
• Investigate incidents, identify theft areas, and assist in apprehensions.
• Prepare reports, evidence, and credible court testimony when required.
• Monitor shrink and ensure compliance with safety and store standards.
• Coordinate with corporate on asset protection initiatives and schedules.
