Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus one year experience in retail asset protection or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass all state and federal private security licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach direct reports in their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote associate and store performance.
• Maximize shrink reduction by identifying high theft areas and investigating thefts.
• Co-chair shrink meetings and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicate and collaborate with corporate to support asset protection initiatives.
