• Train store teams on safety protocols, theft deterrence, and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with law enforcement to build and prosecute cases involving offenders.
• Conduct regular security audits to ensure policy and physical security compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness and incident response planning across stores.
• Analyze incident trends and share insights with AP leadership to guide prevention.
• Represent AP in store meetings and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
