Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• Experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment or asset protection.
• Bachelor-level business coursework or leadership training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, signing, and displays.
• Lead and develop store teams; hire train and mentor associates.
• Oversee inventory controls and loss prevention programs across multiple departments.
• Ensure safety programs and achieve compliant store operations.
• Coordinate claims receiving and related asset protection processes.
