Job summary

Sephora Group is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and create a safe, inclusive environment for clients and staff. You will work with store leaders to implement safety strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents professionally, maintaining a strong store presence to deter theft and support service.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, adherence to policies, and readiness to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness; lead/join meetings and trainings.
• Maintain store presence by deterring theft and supporting service.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Handle incident response with professionalism and care.
• Execute audits and prepare asset protection reports.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora when required in legal contexts.
