Job summary

Sephora in Miami is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets, support a safe environment for clients and employees, and work with store leadership on safety and shrink strategies. The role emphasizes on-floor presence, incident handling, and collaboration with the District Asset Protection Manager.

Requirements include 1–2 years in retail or loss prevention, strong communication, CCTV familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, loss prevention, or asset protection.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness; lead or join meetings and training.
• Maintain strong store presence; work 75-80% on selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Handle incident response with professionalism and safety.
• Execute audits and prepare asset protection reports.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora when required.
