Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a Loss Prevention role in a retail environment. You will contribute to shortage reduction, work with the General Manager, and maintain security and safety within the store while providing courteous customer interactions.

• Contribute to shortage reduction/investigations.
• Work with the General Manager to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain employee entrance area and verify deliveries.
• Conduct store security checks and recommend loss-prevention improvements.
• Perform safety inspections and communicate hazards to management.
• Greet customers as a Five Below associate.
