Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner in New York, NY. You will safeguard assets, enhance safety, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink while delivering excellent service on the floor.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail operations or loss prevention, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, loss prevention, or asset protection.
• Understanding of shrink, safety, and store operations.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills are essential.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Promote safety and awareness; lead or join meetings and training.
• Maintain strong store presence; 75–80% time on selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reports.
• Handle incident response with professionalism and care.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection efforts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed; represent Sephora when required.
