You will work with store leaders to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

The role emphasizes on-floor presence, collaboration with teams, and the use of CCTV and reporting tools to identify losses.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote safety and awareness among staff and customers.
• Lead meetings and training on asset protection.
• Spend 75-80% on the selling floor to deter theft and assist customers.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Complete audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
• De-escalate incidents with professionalism and safety.
