The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and prior loss prevention experience. Flexibility for night, weekend, and early morning shifts is expected to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college graduate preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Prior Loss Prevention experience (2–3 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with leadership regarding encounters and investigations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other retailers to identify threats.
• Assist leadership with cash handling and transfers.
• Observe customers and associates for potential acts of theft or fraud.
• Maintain knowledge and use of CCTV surveillance equipment; document incidents.
• Ensure store compliance with policies, safety, and operational controls.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours as needed.
