Job summary

URBN in Levittown, PA is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to safeguard people, products and property across our supply chain operations. This role blends proactive risk prevention with responsive incident handling, on the floor and at workstations to keep safety, shrink reduction, and compliance.

Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; 5:00am–4:00pm. You will work with Operations, HR and Transportation to keep our network secure and document incidents with clear reports.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in asset protection, loss prevention, security, or warehouse operations.
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and badge systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential channels for reporting concerns.
• Use CCTV and access control to identify risk indicators for loss potential.
• Document incidents with clear reports and statements.
• Monitor CCTV for risk signals and unauthorized access.
• Communicate clearly during tense situations and de-escalate when possible.
• Follow SOPs for visitor sign-in, driver check-in/out, and badge management.
• Adapt to dynamic operations and shift priorities for peak load or incidents.
• Work varied schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
