URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Associate in Gap, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on safeguarding people, products, and property across our supply chain operations while balancing risk prevention with responsive incident handling.

The shift is Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with duties on the floor and at workstations to ensure safety, shrink reduction, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in asset protection/loss prevention, security, or operations in a supply chain/warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiar with CCTV, access control, and badge systems.
• Proficient with MS Office/365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and incident management tools.
• English reading/writing is required.

Responsibilities

• Be Supportive: provide confidential channels for reporting concerns (theft, harassment, unsafe practices).
• Be Resourceful: use CCTV and access control to identify risk indicators for loss opportunities.
• Be Professional: document thoroughly with incident reports and statements.
• Be Diligent: monitor CCTV for risk signals (unauthorized access, process bypass, unsafe behaviors).
• Be Approachable: communicate clearly and de-escalate tense situations.
• Be Precise: follow SOPs for access control, visitor sign-in, driver check-in/out, badge management.
• Be Flexible: adapt to shifting priorities for hot loads, weather, delays, outages.
• Be Available: work varied schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
