URBN is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to safeguard people, products, and property across our supply chain operations in Kansas City, KS. The role blends proactive risk prevention with responsive incident handling on the floor and at workstations to maintain safety and compliance.

UPDATED SCHEDULE: Friday - Sunday (9:30am - 6:00pm). Responsibilities include supporting associates, monitoring CCTV, documenting incidents, and ensuring badge and access-control procedures are followed with

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in asset protection, security, or warehouse operations.
• Strong situational awareness and clear verbal/written communication.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and badge systems; First Aid/CPR/AED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be Supportive: Provide confidential channels for reporting concerns.
• Be Resourceful: Use CCTV and access-control tools to spot risk indicators.
• Be Professional: Document incidents with clear reports and statements.
• Be Diligent: Monitor CCTV for risk signals and anomalies in processes.
• Be Approachable: De-escalate tense situations with calm communication.
• Be Precise: Follow SOPs for sign-in, badge management and driver checks.
• Be Flexible: Adapt to hot loads, weather events, or outages.
