• Monitor floor for theft indicators.
• Report suspicious behavior to management.
• Check associates' personal belongings at exit.
• Thank customers and invite return.
• Intervene with customers concealing merchandise.
• Provide detailed information to police of stolen merchandise.
• Protect assets and inform management of fraud risk.
