• Maintain floor awareness and observe behavior indicating potential theft.
• Communicate suspicious activity to managers.
• Ensure personal belongings are checked prior to leaving the store.
• Thank customers and invite them back after service.
• Stop and confront customers concealing merchandise when observed.
• Provide detailed information to police if theft occurs.
• Protect assets and financial information through internal controls.
