Qualifications

• Must be comfortable standing for long shifts, no sitting during the scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor awareness and observe behavior indicating potential theft.
• Communicate suspicious behavior to the managers.
• Assist with checks of personal belongings before leaving the store.
• Thank customers for their business and invite them back.
• Be prepared to stop and confront any customers observed concealing merchandise.
• Provide detailed information to police of any stolen merchandise.
• Protect assets and financial information by ensuring internal control procedures are effective.
