Target seeks an Assets Protection Specialist in Honolulu to prevent theft, protect guests and team members, and support store operations. You will use surveillance and reports to deter losses, document incidents, and promote a safe shopping environment.

The role requires clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to develop AP skills.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Create a safe guest experience by greeting customers and resolving issues.
• Monitor store activity to prevent theft using surveillance and reporting.
• Docu­ment incidents following AP policy and procedures.
• Identify theft trends and escalate as needed.
• Assist store leadership and collaborate with public safety when necessary.
• Maintain safety and security standards throughout the store.
