CVS Health is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator in New York. The role focuses on improving customer experience by preventing theft and safeguarding assets within the store. You will work with store leadership and Asset Protection teams to monitor activity without engaging in apprehension of shoplifters.

The position emphasizes loss prevention, strong customer service, and collaboration across departments, with duties including monitoring, reporting, and protective device management.

Qualifications

• Stand and move throughout the store for the majority of shifts.
• Excellent observational skills with the ability to recall details.
• Effective written and verbal communication; prepare external theft reports.
• Ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provides attentive, friendly customer service and secures shelves per requests.
• Monitors store activity for loss-causing events and informs Store Management when theft is suspected.
• Inspects high-risk product categories to deter theft.
• Prepares External Theft reports and shares intelligence with stakeholders.
