Ole in Greeneville, TN is seeking an Asset Protector to safeguard company assets on the 2nd shift. You will maintain a visible on-site security presence, perform perimeter patrols, control access after hours, and document incidents and DARs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience in security or asset protection, and strong communication and report-writing skills. This role offers a professional work environment, full-time hours, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in security or asset protection preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Physically capable of outdoor patrols and variable weather conditions.
• Pass background screening and meet security standards.
• No weapons on-site as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong on-site security presence during assigned shifts.
• Conduct hourly perimeter patrols and log activity.
• Control access during non-business hours and verify authorized personnel.
• Identify and address suspicious persons, vehicles, or packages.
• Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
• Enforce site rules and ensure proper turnover of duties and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with Site Safety Manager and escalate issues.
