The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, supporting safety and environmental program compliance across assigned stores. Key responsibilities include:

1. Identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports.
2. Monitoring physical security and auditing Electronic Article Surveillance systems.
3. Driving a shrink elimination culture within the store.
4. Preparing detailed case reports, preserving evidence, and interacting with law enforcement, including testifying in court.
5. Reporting hazardous conditions and minimizing injury risks to staff, vendors, customers, and the company.
