You will monitor store activity, support investigations, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and associates. This role emphasizes sound judgment, attention to detail, strong communication, and relationship building across teams.

A Day In The Life

As an Asset Protection Specialist, no two days are ever the same! You'll help protect our people, products, and profits by identifying opportunities to reduce theft, fraud, and operational loss. Using observation skills, technology, and strong partnerships with store leadership, you'll help support a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our customers and associates. You'll monitor store activity, support investigations, identify potential risks, and take appropriate action in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. Success in this role comes from sound judgment, attention to detail, strong communication, and a passion for helping others.
